Add a Toggle Just My Code button to VS toolbar

In Visual Studio 2022, open the Customize dialog by choosing Customize… from the Tools menu.
On the Commands tab, click Toolbar and then select Standard from the drop-down menu.
Click the Add Command… button, select Debug under Categories and Toggle Just My Code under Commands and click OK.
Now, in the Preview, you can select Toggle Just My Code and move it as desired. My preference is to have it after (to the right of) Browser Link.
Close the Customize dialog and you can now enjoy toggling Just My Code with a button click.
